Uniko is an independent brand and business.

Uniko is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or otherwise connected to any football club, sports team, league, federation, or sporting organization, whether domestic or international.

Any references on the Platform or in marketing materials to colors, patterns, design styles, cities, or cultural elements are used solely for descriptive, artistic, and inspirational purposes.

In particular:

  Uniko does not use official club names, trademarks, logos, crests, slogans, mascots, or proprietary branding.

  Uniko does not use official club color codes, registered color trademarks, or exact reproductions of official kits, jerseys, or merchandise.

  Any colors or patterns used are original designs developed by Uniko and may be inspired by general cultural or sporting aesthetics, but are not intended to replicate or represent official club identities.

  Any references to city names are made in an honorary or geographic sense only, and do not imply any commercial, legal, or organizational relationship with clubs historically associated with those cities.
  

Uniko products are not official merchandise and should not be interpreted as such.

Any resemblance to existing sports clubs, teams, or their visual identities is coincidental or purely conceptual and does not imply endorsement or authorization.

1. DEFINITIONS

“Customer”: any person or entity placing an order through Uniko’s website.

“Products”: physical products offered by Uniko (e.g., padel rackets).

“Agreement”: any legal transaction between Uniko and the Customer.

“Platform”: websites and/or digital services operated by Uniko.

2. APPLICABILITY

These Terms apply to every order placed with Uniko.

By ordering, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms.

3. OFFER AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

All offers by Uniko are non-binding unless stated otherwise.

An Agreement is formed once Uniko sends an order confirmation or delivers the Products.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in EUR, unless stated differently.

Full payment is required before shipment.

Orders may be canceled if payment fails or fraud is suspected.

5. DELIVERY

We offer worldwide free shipping.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer.

We ship all orders within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times vary based on location and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond Uniko’s control.

Risk and ownership transfer to the Customer upon delivery.

All European orders are shipped from our European warehouse located in Poland.

6. QUALITY AND LEGAL RIGHTS

Uniko warrants that Products are fit for normal purpose and conform to the description under applicable Hong Kong consumer protection laws.

7. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

7.1 Right of Withdrawal (Standard Returns)

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  The product must be unused

  The product must be in its original condition
  
• 
  The product must be returned in its original packaging
  
• 
  All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned
  

The return period expires 14 calendar days after the date of delivery.

7.2 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, the Customer must contact Uniko within 14 days of delivery and request a return authorization.

Uniko may request:

  Proof of purchase

  Photos of the product and packaging
  

Returns sent without approval may be refused.

7.3 Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect:

  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer

  The Customer is responsible for safely packaging the return
  
• 
  The Customer bears the risk of loss or damage until the item is received by Uniko
  

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

7.4 Inspection & Refunds

Once the return is received, Uniko will inspect the product.

If the product:

  Is unused
  
• 
  Is in original condition
  
• 
  Includes all original packaging and accessories
  

A refund will be issued.

If the product shows:

  Signs of use
  
• 
  Damage
  
• 
  Missing packaging or parts
  

Uniko reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after the return is approved.

7.5 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, product designs, color compositions, patterns, digital content, and website or application materials are the exclusive property of Uniko and/or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, or distribution of any intellectual property owned by Uniko is strictly prohibited.

9. LIABILITY

Uniko’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the relevant Product.

Uniko is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Any exclusion or limitation of liability remains subject to applicable Hong Kong legal standards.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Uniko may amend these Terms at any time.

Updates become effective upon publication on the Platform.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
